I really enjoyed my stay with amazing facilities and excellent service at the hotel. I loved that it was just a pleasant 30-minute walk to Belek Public Beach and close to Belek Saat Kulesi, where I experienced some charming local culture.

The family duplex sea view room was super comfy and clean. Food was exceptional with lots of variety, especially in the a la carte restaurants. The kids club had loads of fun activities. Spa services included massages and beauty treatments that were amazing. Pools were well maintained, with some relaxing areas and lively spots too.

Woke up each morning to the delightful aroma of freshly made pastries. The spa therapists were exceptionally skilled, making our treatments unforgettable. The surroundings were tranquil, perfect for relaxation.

However, the check-in process was a bit tedious, and I faced minor snags with housekeeping during our stay. An upgrade in the room comfort would have made a difference.

Ela Excellence ResortBelek is a fantastic family-friendly hotel with impeccable service, extensive amenities, and beautiful grounds. The kids' club is a true highlight, keeping children engaged and happy.

I had a good stay at the Ela Excellence Resort. The food options at The Hayat exceeded my expectations, offering a delicious variety. While the buffet tended to get quite crowded, the really good service from the staff more than made up for it.

Lovely room, lovely beach, with excellent amenities like a spacious indoor swimming pool and a convenient location only 33 km from Antalya Airport for easy access.

The luxurious Superior Sea View room offered a stunning balcony overlooking the beach, and the fresh hot waffles at breakfast were a delightful treat. While the hotel facilities were impressive and kids enjoyed the kids club, the lunch and dinner choices lacked variety, often serving similar dishes daily. Although the overall experience was enjoyable, the air conditioning was uncomfortable, blowing directly over the bed, which affected sleep quality. Additionally, service received at times did not meet expectations, slightly diminishing the experience.

On the slippery side, the smooth tiled pathways around the pool can be a hazard when wet. a few near-misses here. The pools themselves, while there are many, leave a bit to be desired since most are uncomfortably cold—definitely not what you'd expect from a swanky place. Also, during a busy week, a few tour groups tramping through the premises added to the congestion, making it feel less intimate than one might hope for.
